how do i access the secound audio track.

I recorded with 2 audio tracks one being game and one being a mic on obs it is then recorded as mkv and I remux it to mp4 (which obs support said would keep both obs tracks) then import it into adobe premiere pro cc 2015 ( i have only used for 3 hours) I can only hear the game volume how would i make it so i can hear both?
