How do I capture external videos in Premiere Pro?

I have some old HDV tapes with Sony HVR-M10U dec. How do I bring videos from external to Premiere Pro? I can connect the Sony HVR-M10U to my MBP via DV to USB. However, with the latest version of Premiere Pro, I do not see the capture option in the File menu. I have Premiere Pro version 23.6 on MacBook Pro M1 Max running Ventura 13.5.2. Any help is appreciated!
