How do I change "follow" settings in new forums please?

I am getting fed up with getting so much in Japanese in my feed when I come to these awful new forums.

How can I remove the subjects that have been defaulted to me - at least, I certainly have never set these options myself - as it is driving me completely Cadbury's.

Please see the screenshot - this is my "home" page, it seems, with the strangest list of subjects I have ever seen and try as I might I cannot find any way at all to change or edit these.

At the very least I want to get rid of "Post Production in Japanese", "Performance", "Crash", "Freeze or Hang", "Anywhere" (whatever the hell that is supposed to mean), "SDK" and so on almost ad nauseam.

Sorry to grump but since the forums have all changed I am dropping by less & less because it feels to me like a complete train wreck.
