How do i change templates adobe stock(essential graphics) resolution 1920x1080 to 1080x1920?

As the tittle says, i know i can resize templates with the control they came with or by control effects, but that way they get too big and cut content or too small with black bars.

 

I'm still fairly new to premerie so if someone could give some directions i would be more than happy!

Best way is to open template in After Effects and adjust/rebuild.

Templated full mogrts that you use in Premiere were typically created in AfterEffects.

 

And like Ann says, you have to modify those templates from AfterEffects, then export as a new mogrt.
