How do I change the text from Essential Graphics?

Question

Learner - it looks from the video I should be able to right click in the text box on the screen to input my text but it simply doesn't work.   I've watched the video multiple times and read the instructions - duh, I'm missing a brain cell, I can't change the text!  How do I change it?  Help!

Select the text in the box, then change the size slider down in that Properties section. Neil

If you have made a text box by clicking/dragging across the screen, yo can click in it and start typing.

To go back to a box with text in it, typically click on the layer for that box in the EGP panel, then click inside the box where you want to start typing or selecting previous text to remove.

Selecting a layer in the EGP layer stack, you have the properties options appear below to change fonts, color, sizes, positions et al.
