How do I create a time-lapse video of my Quick-time screen recording

Hey everyone! I used my iMac QuickTime app to capture a screen recording of my photoshop process for a client's project. I'm looking for a way to use Premiere to take a 1 hour video and edit it into a time-lapse 15-20 minute video max. This is mostly for promotional purposes, so I don't want to bore people as they visit the site with the entire process video. Thanks!
