How do I delete my transition from Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018?

I'm trying to delete a couple of dissolves from my clips. I tried zooming into the clip and selecting the transition effect but nothing happens. I also tried right clicking it.

I was able to reduce it to a fraction of a second.

Right-click on the tranistion, then "Clear".
