How do I disable this?

It is something that is very annoying to me. Every time I open a folder in adobe premiere, it opens as a tab in my panel. Sometimes more than 20 tabs accumulate for opening more than 20 times a folder in the "project" tab to drag a video to the timeline. Is there a way that the folder I open stays in the same tab without opening more? In Davinci Resolve this does not happen. The truth is that it is annoying to close tab by tab every time.
