how do i download Premiere Pro cc 2018?

Hello,

My graphics card - Quadro 3000m - is no longer supported in Premiere Pro 2019,  so I'd like to return to cc 2018. (Not supported in CUDA 9.2)

Does anyone know where I can download it?  I have a subscription.

I used to have cc 2018 but I had to do a clean install of Windows.
