How do I fix footage tearing into each other

Hey, so I'm currently dealing with a bug in my project and I don't know how to describe it at all. I'd call it glitching but when I search that up, it gives me all different results. I'm still learning premiere so it could easily be me. I'd just like to know if anyone knows how to fix it.

I have a video clip, the glitch is happening in the top right clip. However this occurs throughout the project at random. It's not in the source clips, it only appears in premiere.
