How do I fix rendering issues? (Render in to Out error)

I'm slow in the red zone
I ran Render in to out

So it changed to green
The problem is if I shut down the Premiere and run it again, it will come back to red

How do I fix it?

(What's unique here is that only the insta360 file is like that Other files work fine)
