How do I fix the software so that it fits my screen properly?

When im trying to edit, I noticed that the bottom of the page is cutt off so there are certain things I can't get too because the software does not fit my screen properly. How do I fix this problem?

What is your screen's resolution set to?

Premiere 7 and it's on windows 8 and the thing is idk how to check the resolution

To my knowledge there is no setting to check the resolution of Premiere Pro. Please post a screen shot to understand the issue better.
