How do I get rid of the blank frame between clips?

I rendered a bunch of png frames from Blender and then imported them into Premiere. I made them into a sequence and change the speed, I then had to cut that sequence clip into three parts to match the audio. I changed the speed again on those two parts. Now when I play it there is a black flicker; two of the frames, the ones between the clips are blank.

How do I fix this?

Try this:  before you change the speed, export from Premiere in a high quality format like prores 422 hq and then bring that file back in to premiere, edit into a sequence and then change the speed of the sections...  I think that will work...

Maybe try going to the top of the interface and choose sequence/close gap. to see if there is a space between your clips.
