How do I Import P2 media.

Thanks very much to all  because with your very kind assistance and understanding I have learn quite a lot about Premiere pro CC , but I need some assistance on the Panasonic P2 media workflow.

I now know the Sony workflow etc , but I am having difficulty importing Panasonic P2 media so I would kindly like to know if you can explain to me the workflow on how to import the P2 media etc , etc.
