How do I save an effect preset and load it again? It's nowhere to be found

Hi,Whenever I try to save an effect preset and want to use it in effect settings, its not there. I think its bugged. How do I fix it??

So you select an effect in the Effects Control Panel (ECP) …right-click/save-as-preset, and name it, right?If so, itshouldshow up in the Effects panel in the top Presets bin, and yours do not do so?
