How do I select the Poster Frame when exporting to video in premiere pro 2023?

I Can't find a way to change default poster frame. When I'm trying to upload my video to telegram it shows black thumbnail, so it is a first black frame, how can I change it when I export my video?

Ohh, sorry back then. What player do you recommend and how to do it? Just googled a bit but still can't get know how to do it
