how do I synchronize cam 2 (itv) to cam 1 when cam 1 is already edited?

Hey guys! So I have edited this interview and only a few days later the second camera angle (wide shot) was delivered. I know about the multi cam tool but I wonder if it is any helpful when the interview (cam 1) is already edited? Do I have to edit cam 2 all over again or is there any way to synchronize it to what I’ve already edited? I hope this makes sense? Thanks a lot and happy holidays!
