How do I use different text in the same title template?

Hi! I'm making a film where I want the callout titles to name every city. For example Barcelona and Madrid. But for some reason I can't use the same title template on Barcelona and Madrid because if I change it to madrid, it also changes it to madrid in barcelona. So I can't use different texts on the same title template. I have tried duplicating it in the project folder in order to have two different ones, but that doesn't work either. It changes in the subsequence part I believe. Is there any workaround to this? Thanks!
