How do I use Premiere Pro's expert view?

Even though it appears to be a straightforward question, I can't find a clear solution. In Premiere, I can't seem to discover any options to do that.

Not sure if you are asking about Elements or Premiere Pro as the latter does not have a Export View but Elements does.

In Elements the button is at the top of the screen.
