How do you pre-render multiple Sequences in Media Encoder instead of one at a time in Premiere?

I have a group of sequences with intros and outros. I have been hitting enter (triggers Sequence > Render Effects In to Out) to render the intros and outros, so they playback smoothly. I have to do this one at a time, which is highly innefficient because 1. I don't know how long each render will take, so I literally just have to sit there. 2. It makes PP unusable.

This is why Media Encoder was created, however I don't see any options to export the pre-rendering into Media Encoder. Does anyone know if this is possible? And, if not, if there is a third party Plugin that would provide that functionality to me?
