How to add a 1 second black footage at the begining and end of 500+ videos?

Hi, I have 500+ videos.

I need to add "1 second of blank footage (black, no sound)" at the beginning, and also at the end of all these 500+ videos.

Is there an easy way to do that?

A batch? through Media Encoder?
