How to add random zoom to still images?

I just switched over to premiere pro this past month and have been wanting to find a tool or option similar to sony vegas pro where you could simply drag and drop a random zoom to your image files etc but I have not been able to find or search for any similar thing in premiere pro thus far.

is there a plugin or effect or anything that exists that would have this functionality currently? or how could you otherwise set it up and save it for bulk usage easily?
