How to add something behind a person (is it actually possible?)

Hi everybody!In the 2nd picture you can see something written on the flipchart.I'd need to have what is written on the flipchart in the scene that's visible in the 1st screenshot as well, however, as you can see the Person in front of the flipchart is moving their arms around.Is it actually possible to do something in order to fix it or nah?Thank you~

Stabilize (no motion) the shot if not on tripod.Do a export frame and cut out the text.Paste this in the 2nd image.Mask out the arm that is covering the text.
