How to apply an input LUT to a clip using UXP?

Is there a way to apply an input LUT to a clip using UXP?  In the Premeire Pro UI, with a sequence selected,  it looks like a LUT can be used from Window->Workspaces->color->Lumetri Color→ Basic Correction->Input LUT and pick a LUT. How can this be done through UXP?

How to apply effects like Lumteri effect which have multiple parameters? What method could be used? Among the effects available as reported by UXP are AE.ADBE Lumetri, AE.ADBE LightingEffect, PR.ADBE Lens Distortion etc. How to read available parameters for each effect and how to set them? Is there a difference between AE  and PR effects? A code sample would be very useful. The link given above  does not show how to deal with parameters.
