How to automate generating images

Hi this is my first post to the community.

I want to know how can create automated images using Adobe. Like Adobe AI create the image and upload on my instagram account.

I have a lot of work to do and need such thing to make my tasks a little easier.

For starters, Premiere (or Media Encoder) can't upload anything to Instagram. I think it may be because you can't upload content to Instagram from a desktop, it's mobile only feature (I think).
