How to automatically save a project at two different locations

Hi!

I was wondering if it was possible to setup premiere pro in a way that the software automatically save you PP project at two different locations(backup). Curently, I copy the project that I'm working on and paste it to a second hard drive, but its easy to forget sometimes and I don't want to take the risk of loosing a project.

I own Carbon copy cloner. Is there a way to clone only one file?

I also know that I have some Cloud storage space with CC, is there a way to save it there, but also saving it on my hard drive?

For project file backups, go to Edit -> Preferences -> Auto Save

You can turn Auto Save on or off, set the minutes between backups (with qualifications), and the number of versions to save.

There is also a box to check to save a version to the Creative Cloud.

For the Cloud, this is a single backup version that is overwritten as it saves.

The Auto Save path is set in Project Settings -> Scratch Disks, and should be set to save to a different drive than the project.

Auto Save does not always behave as expected, and most users believe that, for safety, it is prudent to use "Save a Copy" (my preference) or "Save As" with iteration numbers. For example, Auto Save will overwrite the oldest version once you reach the number of versions to save, And it may save even though no changes are made to the project.

    Other than the Autosave mentioned by Stan, the only other way I can think of is to use a RAID 1 drive setup, but this will likely result in a performance hit.
