how to avoid upgrade notices for premiere pro 2025

I have Photoshop Elements 2024 and Premiere Pro 2023. When I try to use Pro 2025, I keep getting the message to load Pro 2025 trial which I do not want. Out of desperation I downloaded the trial in the hopes that I could then use Pro 2023. Adobe refuses to let me use my registered copy of Pro 2023 and keeps trying to force me to try and buy the new version. Help
