How to calibrate a production monitor using color bars from Premiere

I can't find a relevant guide on how to calibrate a production monitor using color bars.
In the past I followed these steps:
https://www.videomaker.com/article/c10/17816-how-to-calibrate-a-monitor/
or these ones:
https://www.premiumbeat.com/blog/calibrating-video-monitors-on-set/

The problem is that the color bars generated by Premiere (or my Canon EOS C70) are different to the ones on the steps above so I'm not confident I'm doing it right.
Precicely, in the Videomaker article they referende 3 PLUGE bars but I see 5 in Premiere. Also, in step 7, for adjusting the chroma the bars in the guide are different than the ones Premiere generate.

How would you callibrate it? It's a 1920x1080 production monitor.

Thank you,
