how to change after projection as a plane

Hello.

Now I've been making VR180 movie.

Projection as a plane, the screen become like as below.

Thought I searched much, there isn't enough info for VR.

I can't change text after projection as a plane.

It's very troublesome to make the same setting for VR text.

Please tell me how to solve this problem.
