How to Change only Audio channels of Viedo Clips?

I have MOV clips with synced audio from sound recorder (shotgun, wireless sounds.)

DIT team made this perfect clips include All metadata (sound TC, start points, everything).  

The problem is, I can't use this audio (attached with mov) directly.

I have to use WAV files from other folder because of the audio source link path and name. 

Those audio files named different, but totally same files.   

So, I bring vidio source to use ALE, and import wav file.

and I merge again with merged cilps that the data manager has done. 

TC Syncronization is quite stable, but I have to change 1 or 2 frames.

(random slight delay of external recording)  

Sound Syncronization is useful too, but it makes me worry.  

I think it's a very inefficient workflow to redo already someone did.

so I tried reconnect only sound channel from mov, but it doesn't worked. 

SUMMARY

1. I have same audio sources, stored in different paths.

(one in the MOV file, other one is WAV independently.) 

2. Those audio sources metadata is exactly the same. 

3. Is it possible to relink only audio files(sound in MOV to WAV file) using metadata? 

+ Is it really impossible to make multi-camera sequence with merged sources? 

I need your proficient advice.
