How To Color Label my Folder?
I've seen pictures of others being able to label and color the folder differently. I do it for mine but nothing changes.
I could not find anything for this problem in premiere pro.

You can change the colour label for a bin (folder) but this will be the colour of the label but not the bin itself, and this would be visible in the List view.
