How to connect video preview files?

How to connect video preview files? After restarting Adobe Premiere after an error, the timeline appears yellow instead of green. The video preview files are in their place, but Adobe Premiere ignores the files.

If it plays OK, you don't need to render.

If you need to render, Sequence > Render work area
