How to Create a Timecode Stringout From Unsycned Clips In Premiere Pro

We had a real run and gun Documentary shoot, cameras constantly starting and stopping. They were all synced by 24hr time. I essentially want to make a sequence with all of the clips synced to their respective timecode throught the day. However, none of the clips will obviously sync with eachother so creating a multicam, which is what I would normally do, is out. Any thoughts/ suggestions here? Is there simply a way I can snap a clip to the correct timecode in a sequence? The only thing I can think of is if I make a 24hr long empty audio clip I could sync them to...

Yea, if their audio doesn't even overlap, Multcam probably wouldn't work.

Unless ... and I'm on my tablet so I can't check ... is there an option in the "sync" options of Multicam for timecode or time of day? I can't recall.
