How to create new preset for the Lumetri Scopes panel?

I'd like to create a new panel preset for "Waveform Luma".  I see that "Waveform RGB" is one of the defaults.  Is it possible to create new presets for the panel itself?

I'd also like to delete a bunch of the defaults too - if possible.
