How to crop a video completly

Hi, I'd like to crop a video fully for my YT videos. It would make my job easier if I would know how to delete that framing around the cropped video. I also marked with green the pivot point, which I'd like to center to the non-cropped part.

Crop your video using the Crop effect, later you can change the position and adjust the anchor point.

Yes, but it still doesn't solve my problem. I would like to crop that blue outline too so that I can move it around better.
