How to customize exponential fade transition?

Hi there!

I noticed that the Exponential fade, when added at the beginning of the clip, increases the audio slowly then quickly. And when added at the end, it decreases the audio slowly then quickly. Can I change its behaviour so that it makes changes slowly and then quickly? What I want in the result is to imitate the constant power transition's effect for two clips which are on the different tracks.
