How to cut a video clip in Premiere all at once in multiple equally long cuts

Hi there,

Not long ago I saw a tutorial that showed how to cut a 1 minute clip into evenly equal pieces all at once. 
For example, 1 minute clip, split into eventually 5 second pieces all at once. I am just trying not to eyeball the cuts and I am doing this as I want to split quick shots on the same clip, does it make sense?

Rather than trying to click 12 times, I am wondering if there's a command to tell the software: "Please cut this clip in increments of 5 seconds (or frames, it doesnt matter).
