How to delete files in project folder AND imported folder

Hi there

Sorry, didn`t know how to explain it in the topic.

I want to know, is it possible in premiere pro to delete in the project folder a file and it will be deleted from the place where it`s saved too?

We`ll our problem is, we work with RED Helium 8K files and when I import everytime all files and at the end I only use 2 of 10 files, I want to delete them out of my project and also from my external harddisk.
But when I delete them in the project, I gotta go to the HD and start delete the same one`s again.

Is there an opportunity to delete them straight away out of premiere pro?

I recommend doing it the way you are now. Use the proper tool for the job, and the proper tool for file management is a file manager like Explorer or Finder.

Yes, thats the recommendation, but I need to know, is it possible, to delete out of premiere the files, they are on my external harddisk?
Does anyone know it?
