How to delete text without moving to the right

I am losing brain cells here, I need some help

When I delete the text with backspace the JUST is moving to the right

How to avoid that? I want it to be still

You might need to adjust how the text is justified in the Essential Grahics Panel.

A little bit more specific? Justified to the center but doesnt change anything

Justified to left will do what you want, since it is already moved to the left.

Justified to right must move, because you are deleting the character space that is on the right.

And justified to center must move, because it must distribute a smaller number of characters around the center.
