How to determine vertical distance in pixels on video?

I have a video that is 680x1520 and I have to make 250 pixels distance from top and bottom and add my content between those two distances. How can I see where those 250 pixels are? Anyway to see videos vertical pixel size?

Hey Nikon405...

Like most things, there are a few ways to accomplish this. I would make a solid 250 pixels tall and full width. Then just place that solid at a position of 125. Then duplicate then duplicate that solid and position it at 1395 (1520 - 125) This will put the solids at the top and bottom of your comp.
