How to diagnose "Error code 3" when exporting?

I'm trying to export a movie from Adobe Premiere Pro 2024. It's about 3 hours, 17 minutes long. The export runs for around 35 minutes, then errors out:

Error compiling movie.

Export Error

Error completing render.

This particular timecode is at the end of one clip and the start of another in my sequence, but I don't see anything wrong with the clips and everything plays fine in the editor.

There's not much actionalbe information here. How do I get my export to work?
