How to disable scanning closed captions when import MXF

Hello everyone.

After importing into the project, since a short time, Premiere starts scanning closed caption and displays a yellow "Media Pending" picture instead of the video.

I work with a lot of TV programs in MXF format. And this function interferes and takes a lot of my time. Moreover, the files do not contain closed subtitles and I do not work with them.

What can I do to disable scanning CC or to disable appearing Media Pendng graphic instead of the source video.

Edit -> Preferences -> Media. Deselect the option for Import Captions.

I'm on my phone and can't look, but I think that's it.

This stopped working in premiere 2021, I have it deselected but it still imports the captions and even worse now everytime I insert video it also lays down captions. How do I disable the CC tracks.

I took another look at  your post. You say "...the files do not contain closed subtitles and I do not work with them."

If there are no captions, what are you seeing that makes you believe it is captions that cause the "pending" message? Is this some other type of conforming?
