How to do a Computer Terminal text typing effect

Hello! I am new to Adobe suite and it's products and I'm trying to learn some skills. I want to work on a visualier for a song and the lyrics. I want to design it to look similar to how computer terminals type out like they do in the Fallout series. Green text with a box at the end of where the text is being typed. I also need to learn how to sync these lines up with the song itsself so its in time. If you have any resources or could point me in the right direction that would be awesome!
