How can I play my picture and video softly, like in the video I will share below?

You have to do some keyframing on the position, rotation and scale values,

make sure to ease in/out keyframe interpolation. All this can be done in the

Effect Controls panel. You might want to do some tweaking for the keyframe

curves, can do that when you hit the dropdown arrow for each of the properties.

For the flickering light, keyframe exposure on Lumetri. You will have to play around...
