We know that the number 60 is not a frame.

I also know that 60p 60i is the difference between interlaced and deinterlaced.

If so, to extract the settings using the Premier Pro or Adobe Encoder
Do I just choose "from the top" for the order of the fields in the 29.97 frame?

I ask questions to verify my thoughts.

29.97i is the correct frame rate, the field order depends on wether the video is sd or HD I think. For HD I use top frame first.

So, for 29.97, if I use 'Upper Field' in Progressive for field order, can I get the result I want?
I need to get XDCAM HD 50 NTSC 108060i.

HD interlaced is always Upper.
