How to download premiere pro 2015 version

Hello can i ask how to install premiere pro 2015 in the latest creative cloud? the available is only the 2020 up version and my laptop is not capable of running that version. thanks

    Premiere Pro 2015 is no longer available, only the last two versions(15.0 and 22.0).

    Hi, I need a link to a version of Premier that will run under
    MacOS 10.15.7 (19H1217).

    I see in Community that

    "Adobe now offers the current and ONE older version via the online program manager You must ask chat support for a link if you need to have any version 2020 programs"

    Can you or someone here please help?
