How to Edit & Delete Essential Graphics Properties "Styles" in Premiere

So I'm working in Premiere and doing captioning. I'm saving my text properties as a style. I go to "Track Style" under "Essential Graphics" Window and it says "Create New Style" so I can keep creating new styles but is there a way I can edit or delete these styles? The list keeps getting longer.
