How to export just the prproj file to avid?

Question

Hi there. I know there are tutorials on exporting an entire Premiere Pro file to Avid, but I am looking to export JUST the prproj file, to send to my editor who uses Avid, and see if it's easily opened / imported on his system. Before we go into the big file transcoding, etc., process.

Does anyone know of a way to export just the project file to avid? I know media won't be linked, etc.
