How to export single sections of a timeline without having to use "In" & "Out"

I have to export multiple small sections of a timeline (like highlighted in the screenshot included) from multiple videos. Maybe 5 or 6 sections per project so I can sort export them in order to sort them into categories to be used later. My question is is there a way to export single selected clips without having to resort to "In" & "Out" for every single section & if not why not? It seems unlikely to me that everybody would have to resort "In" & "Out" for every single section of clip to export when just saving the selected clip would be so much faster & convenient. Maybe I'm not asking the question right in Google but everything I've seen suggests "In" "out" & that just seems unlikely to me. Thank you in Advance.

Thank you very much for taking the time to get back to me.

This is great information but I think for my specific situation I have found the answer I was looking for. My issue was the inconvenience of having to drag the playhead to the beginning & end of every single clip instead of just clicking on the selection & hitting "Export." Well just by stumbling across it I believe I found the next best thing which is using hotkeys to essentially select the clip using "x" for "Mark Clip" or "/" for "Mark Selection" which automatically closes In & out to the selected clip. I can then export from there. Again I want to thank you for taking the time to get back to me & I hope this saves someone else some time.

Create a nest for each section to be exported.

Then export each nest in a batch through Adobe Media Encoder.
