How to export timeline with nested sequence on proxy(video) as prproj file and render it back with actual file in another powerful machine without lossing effects a

We have only one powerful machine  at office but all developers work remotely on their laptops so  we are following this approach.

   →  On powerful machine i,e workstation we have same set of files of videos (high resolution) which we will render .

We tried to export with fcpxml but there  effects and  animations were getting removed. so we switched to generating .prproj file sending it  AME automatically as a job.
